This Committee develops a program of youth activities for CSI. It makes recommendations and formulates rules and regulations for the administration of such programs that, upon ratification by the Board of Trustees, become part of the by-laws of our Congregation. It consists of nine (9) members, each of whom is appointed for a term of three years for overlapping terms in such a manner that each year the terms of the office of three members shall expire.
