Social Committee: JBFC Jewish Film Festival:
Come Closer with vegetarian dinner at Miyabi!

The Social Committee is planning a night out to see the movie Come Closer, a Jacob Burns Film Center Jewish Film Festival selection. Come Closer is the story of a troubled young woman who becomes obsessed with her deceased brother’s girlfriend after his sudden death. The movie was Israel’s official selection for the Best International Feature Academy Award and winner of Israel’s Best Film and Best Director awards. See more information about the film!

Prior to the movie, we will meet at 5:00 to have dinner at Myabi Asian Bistro, a restaurant around the corner from the Burns. There is no set menu but all meals must be vegetarian and will be paid for by each diner directly to the restaurant.

We have a limited number of tickets and they will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
