Where Community, Compassion, and Creation Flourish

At the heart of CSI lies a 1.5-acre organic farm—an extraordinary expression of our Jewish values in action. Rooted in the mitzvah of feeding the hungry with dignity, much of the produce we grow is donated to a local food bank, ensuring that those in need receive fresh, nourishing food in a respectful and compassionate way.

In addition to providing for the community, our farm is a vibrant hub of activity and connection. We raise chickens and sell their eggs, and community members are welcome to purchase our seasonal fruits, vegetables, eggs, and flowers. Everything is grown using organic methods, aligning with our commitment to environmental stewardship and health.

The farm is surrounded by a stunning outdoor space that offers peace, beauty, and spiritual nourishment. We hold services and programs in this natural sanctuary, where the sights and sounds of creation enhance our prayer and celebration. A walking path encircles the property, inviting congregants to reflect, stroll, or simply enjoy the serenity of the land.

Families and individuals are also invited to deepen their connection to the earth and to Judaism by renting a growing bed for personal planting. This hands-on opportunity cultivates a tangible relationship between our faith, our responsibility to God, and our role as guardians of the land.

Children delight in our outdoor play space, where they can explore and connect with nature in a safe, engaging environment. Whether through farming, walking, praying, or playing, our farm is a living, growing reminder of the sacredness of the earth and our shared duty to protect and nurture it.

Come grow with us.
