Memorial Book

Do you wish to list loved ones in the CSI Yizkor booklet?
We will be preparing a lovely, meaningful digital version for everyone this year.

You may say “same as last year” and/or give Jen the names you wish to include.
$18 for the first three lines, $3 each line thereafter.
We are happy to bill you but if you prefer, you may mail a check to CSI with “Memorial Booklet” in the memo.
