What is CSI Hebrew High School?

CSI Hebrew High School is a program for 8th-12th grade students. It is a continuation of our Religious School and a way for Jewish young adults to continue their connection to Judaism and to the community.  It's a place for teens to gather to strengthen their Jewish pride, to learn from history, and to realize that they can make a difference in the world.

Hebrew High School students also have an opportunity to assist in various positions at CSI for volunteer credit or for salary.

This year, enrolling in Hebrew High School also includes a USY membership!

What is USY?

USY is an organization that seeks to bring Jewish youth together for fun and meaningful activities connected to the values and ideals of Judaism. Our USY Advisor is Andrea Bromberg (csiusy@csibriarcliff.org).

What are Madrichim?

Madrichim are our teen assistants. Assistants enrolled in and attending our Hebrew High are eligible to receive a salary of $10/hour for working during CSI Religious School hours (Sundays 9-11am and/or Tuesdays 4-6pm). Paid positions are limited, will be determined as registrations are received, and are only available to those registered for and attending Hebrew High School.

What to expect?

Hebrew High School classes and/or USY activities will occur on Sundays from 11:15AM-12:30PM. A full calendar of meeting dates will be provided before school begins.
